1. What BetsToday is

BetsToday ("we", "us") provides statistical and quantitative sports analysis, including model-generated picks, published on thebetstoday.com. We are an informational and research service only. We are not a bookmaker, do not accept wagers, do not hold or move betting funds, and do not provide financial, gambling, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports betting content in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are solely responsible for confirming that accessing sports betting analysis and placing bets with third-party bookmakers is legal where you live.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Monthly and Annual) are billed in advance and processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Unless required by local law, payments already made are non-refundable.

4. No guarantee of results

All picks reflect the output of our statistical models at a point in time. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past performance, including any track record shown on our Results page, is not a guarantee or reliable indicator of future results. You bear full responsibility for any betting decisions you make.

5. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or misuse the service. You may close your account at any time via the contact page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetsToday and its operators are not liable for any losses, including betting losses, arising from your use of the service or reliance on any pick, analysis, or statistic we publish.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
