1. What we collect

When you create an account, subscribe, or contact us, we collect: your email address and authentication data (via Supabase), subscription/billing status linked to your Stripe customer ID (we do not receive or store your full card number), and any message you send us via the contact form. If you sign up for a free pick, we collect the email address you provide.

2. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure marketing performance. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's official browser add-on.

3. How we use your data

We use your information to: provide and maintain your account and subscription, deliver picks and analysis, communicate with you about your account or free-pick signup, process payments via Stripe, and improve the service using aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run BetsToday: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Google/Meta (analytics and advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active, and free-pick lead emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the address below.

7. Contact

For any privacy question or data request, reach us via our contact page.
